Hop In & Enroll

Ready Roos provides childcare services in Cranberry Township with an emphasis on school readiness. Features early learning as the key objective during the program each day with a mix of activities focused on the health and wellbeing of each child as well as their foundational educational needs.

STEP ONE - Tour

Ready Roos requires interested families to attend a tour of the center. Click here to make an appointment. Come and see our classrooms, ask about our curriculum and learn more about our Toddler and Preschool programs.

Your child or children are most welcome to come along and explore our center during our appointment and they may find a snack waiting for them when they arrive!
 
Our annual programs are in step with the start of a typical school year. Annual enrollments run from early September through late August.
 
Our application for each upcoming school year will be opened for current families in mid January and in mid February for new families.

Our application window will remain open until we have allocated spaces filled. Toddlers must be 2 years old and Preschoolers must be three years old (by August 15) to enroll in our programs.

2 Days - Tuesday & Thursday

3 Days - Monday, Wednesday & Friday

5 Days - Monday to Friday

Instructional hours

From 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Extended care hours

7:30am - 9:00am

4:00pm - 6:30pm

Extended care hours are available for use by parents at no additional charge.

STEP TWO - Application

Ready Roos has partnered with industry leading software provider ProCare, to capture family details and facilitate enrollment at our center.

Applications include a non-refundable fee of $150 per child which will be collected after application details have been submitted to us for review. Payment of the application fee** is required to reserve a spot for your child or children.

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will be administered in that order when placements are being made - each application is date/time stamped.

Based on the availability at our center, an application status will be assigned as either:

  • 'Ready to Enroll' OR

  • 'Waitlisted'

Notification of the status of your application will be provided within 2 business days.

STEP THREE - Confirmation

Families that have received a 'Ready to Enroll' status, will be invited to schedule a formal enrollment session at our center.
 
Click on Professor Roo below to select a date that works for you.
 
Families that have received a 'Waitlisted' status may choose to either:

  1. Remain on our waitlist OR 

  2. Be removed from our waitlist


To be removed from our waitlist, a family must notify Ready Roos within 3 business days from the date of status notification.
If a family does not notify Ready Roos asking to be removed, they shall remain on the 'waitlisted' status until Ready Roos reaches out with a notification stating that spots are available for their child or children.
 
Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
