Step 1 - Tour
Ready Roos requires interested families to attend a tour of our center. Please click here to make an appointment. Come and see our classrooms, ask about our curriculum and learn more about our Infant, Toddler and Preschool programs.
Your child, children and other family members are most welcome to come along and explore our center during our appointment and they may find a snack waiting for them when they arrive!
Our annual programs are in step with the start of a typical school year. Annual enrollments run from early September through late August.
Our application for each upcoming school year will be opened for current families in July and in August for new families.
Our application window will remain open until we have allocated spaces filled. We accept Infants from a minimum 6 weeks old, Toddlers from 12 months old and Preschoolers should be three years old (by August 15) to enroll in our programs.
Step 2 - Apply
Ready Roos uses software provider "ProCare", to manage family details and facilitate enrollment administration at our center.
All enrollment applications include a non-refundable fee of $150 per child which will be collected as part of the application process. Payment of the application fee** is required to ensure a "waitlisted" status for your child or children.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will be administered in that order when placements are being made - each application is date/time stamped.
Based on the availability at our center, an application status will be assigned as either:

'Ready to Enroll' OR
-
'Waitlisted'
Notification of the status of your application will be provided within 2 business days.

Step 3 - Confirm
Families that have received a 'Ready to Enroll' status, will be invited to schedule a formal enrollment session at our center.

Families that have received a 'Waitlisted' status may choose to either:

Remain on our waitlist OR
-
Be removed from our waitlist
To be removed from our waitlist, a family must notify Ready Roos within 3 business days from the date of status notification.
If a family does not notify Ready Roos asking to be removed, they shall remain on the 'waitlisted' status until Ready Roos reaches out with a notification stating that spots are available for their child or children.
Application fees are non-refundable.

Extended care hours are at no charge
