As an Assistant Director at Ready Roos, you'll be an integral part of the center's leadership team, demonstrating a collaborative approach to ensure smooth operations and the delivery of high-quality care. In close collaboration with the Center Director, you will focus on:

• Being the Lead Teacher, interacting with your students and managing junior teachers and assistants

• Ensuring compliance with regulations

• Effectively implementing our curriculum

• Building and maintaining strong communication with parents

• Promoting the center to prospective families

• Staying informed about industry trends and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required

• 3 - 5 years of verifiable experience working with young children

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
