6. Disclosure Statement​

1. Two (2) written, verifiable, non-family letters from individuals attesting to your suitability to serve in a daycare setting 

 

7. ID verification and address

State ID - a copy of your driver’s license is preferred; upload a copy & bring with you on 1st day

 

8. Required DHS Pre-Service Training Verification:

• CPR​

• Health & Safety (First Aid - Better Kid Care)

• Mandated Reporter Training

• Fire Safety

 

9. Academic qualifications

• Diploma - degree(s) (high school, associate, bachelor, master’s completed, other: CDA, PSAC)

• Verification of credits completed towards a degree (if working on an associate degree, provide credits earned)

• ​Copy of Teaching certification (if completed)

 

10. Screening

• Prior to Day 1 - Drug screen – we will coordinate this in a separate email
