Key Responsibilities

As an Educator at Ready Roos, you’ll:

• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

• Build strong relationships with children and families through daily interaction and regular communication

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities

• Use positive language and reinforcement to guide children’s growth

• Maintain compliance with center policies, regulations, health and safety standards

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education field or similar OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential AND a High School Diploma

• Teaching certification is highly preferred

• Teaching experience in a childcare Center mandatory minimum 2+yrs for children ages 2 - 5yo

• Clean background and medical clearance checks

Compensation:

• Compensation is based on your qualifications, skills, and experience.

• Educators from $18.00/hr

 ​ 

Employment basis & Schedule:

• Full or Part Time - W2 basis

• Monday to Friday - 40 hrs per week (full time), up to 32 hrs per week (part time)
