As a Teacher at Ready Roos, you'll be an integral part of our educational team, implementing our curriculum and fostering a nurturing environment for children. You'll build strong relationships with parents, provide them with regular updates and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll be leading the classroom with implementing developmentally appropriate lessons and activities and ensuring that each child feels the love and support provided by Ready Roos.

Through the use of positive language and reinforcement, you'll guide children's growth, while maintaining effective communication with parents. You'll attend regular center meetings, you'll stay informed about our policies and regulations and remain in and ensure compliance with same while creating a safe and engaging environment for the children in your care.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma

• General teaching or specific childcare teaching experience  

• Clean background check and medical clearance

• Reliable transportation

• COVID-19 vaccinated
