Key Responsibilities
As an Educator at Ready Roos, you’ll:

Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

Build strong relationships with children and families through daily interaction and regular communication

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities

Use positive language and reinforcement to guide children’s growth

Maintain compliance with center policies, regulations, health and safety standards

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education field or similar OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential AND a High School Diploma
-
Teaching certification is highly preferred
-
Teaching experience in a childcare Center mandatory minimum 2+yrs for children ages 2 - 5yo

Clean background and medical clearance checks
Compensation:

Compensation is based on your qualifications, skills, and experience.

Educators from $18.00/hr
Employment basis & Schedule:

Full or Part Time - W2 basis

Monday to Friday - 40 hrs per week (full time), up to 32 hrs per week (part time)
