Ready Roos Early Learning Academy is seeking a warm, dependable, and professional Assistant Teacher to join our team in Cranberry Township.
As a privately owned, non-franchise early learning center licensed for 29 children from infants through preschool, Ready Roos offers something increasingly rare: a small, relationship-based environment where children are truly known, families are valued, and staff are supported in doing thoughtful, meaningful work. What you will do

Support children throughout the day in routines, care, play, and learning

Assist lead teachers in maintaining a calm, engaging, and well-run classroom

Help create a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and coworkers

Work collaboratively with the teaching team to support smooth daily operations

Step in where needed with professionalism, flexibility, and care
What we are looking for

Experience in a childcare center, preschool, or early learning setting preferred

A genuine enjoyment of working with children from infants through preschool

A warm, calm, and dependable presence

Strong teamwork, professionalism, and communication skills

A willingness to learn and contribute to a high-quality program

Ability to meet all Pennsylvania childcare employment requirements
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

At least 2 years of experience with children preferred or

Ability to meet PA assistant group supervisor qualifications
