Key Responsibilities

As an Educator Assistant at Ready Roos, you’ll:

• Support creative activities that supplement each child’s growth and development

• Ensure every child feels seen, supported, and valued

• Maintain a clean and safe learning environment

• Assist with bathroom visits and diaper changes

• Support our Educators in implementing our engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum

• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families

• When necessary, provide thoughtful communication and updates to parents

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (mandatory)

• Associate Degree or Child Development Associate credential (CDA) (highly preferred)

• Experience in a licensed Childcare Center mandatory minimum 1yr 

• Clean background and medical clearance checks

Compensation:

• Compensation is based on your qualifications, skills, and experience.

• Educator Assistant from $16.00/hr

 ​ 

Employment basis & Schedule:

• Full or Part Time - W2 basis

• Monday to Friday - 40 hrs per week (full time), up to 32 hrs per week (part time)
