Key Responsibilities
As an Educator Assistant at Ready Roos, you’ll:

Support creative activities that supplement each child’s growth and development

Ensure every child feels seen, supported, and valued

Maintain a clean and safe learning environment

Assist with bathroom visits and diaper changes
-
Support our Educators in implementing our engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum

Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families

When necessary, provide thoughtful communication and updates to parents

Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma (mandatory)
-
Associate Degree or Child Development Associate credential (CDA) (highly preferred)
-
Experience in a licensed Childcare Center mandatory minimum 1yr
-
Clean background and medical clearance checks
Compensation:

Compensation is based on your qualifications, skills, and experience.

Educator Assistant from $16.00/hr
Employment basis & Schedule:

Full or Part Time - W2 basis

Monday to Friday - 40 hrs per week (full time), up to 32 hrs per week (part time)
