As a valued member of the Ready Roos educational team, you will:

• Support our Educators in implementing our engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum

• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families

• When appropriate, provide thoughtful communication and updates to parents

• Support creative activities that supplement each child’s growth and development

• Ensure every child feels seen, supported, and valued

What We’re Looking For:

• You’ll use positive guidance strategies and reinforcement to support social-emotional learning, while staying aligned with Ready Roos policies and procedures.

• You’ll maintain up-to-date knowledge of center protocols, and play a key role in ensuring a safe, compliant, and enriching learning space.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (mandatory) 

• Associate Degree or CDA credential (preferred)

• Verifiable center-based childcare experience, minimum 1 year (mandatory)

• Clean background and medical clearance checks

• Reliable transportation

To hit the road running, current:

• Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance

• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Clearance

• FBI Criminal History Clearance - IDENTGO Service Code: 1KG738

• National Sex Offender Registry Verification (NSOR)

• Current pre-service requirements:

  • CPR

  • Health & Safety (First Aid - Better Kid Care)

  • Fire Safety

  • Mandated reporter certifications

• Reliable transportation
